Tour Itinerary
Half Day Tour
Enjoy an easy morning before your late pickup from your Las Vegas hotel. No 5am alarms here — sleep in, have breakfast, and we’ll pick you up directly from your hotel late in the morning.
First Stop: The Hoover Dam. Walk out on the second-highest bridge in the United States for a sweeping view of the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead.
Lunch Stop: We’ll stop for a hearty lunch on the way to the canyon, so you’ll arrive fueled up and ready to explore. Unlimited snacks and drinks are on board all day, so nobody goes hungry.
Eagle Point: Arrive at Grand Canyon West in the beautiful afternoon light, after the morning crowds have cleared out. Step onto the world-famous glass Skywalk — admission included for every guest — then take in the canyon views, learn about Native American history, and browse the gift shop.
Guano Point: Soak in the most sweeping panoramic views at Grand Canyon West as the colors deepen in the late-afternoon sun. You’ll have around 2.5 hours total to explore both viewpoints at a relaxed pace.
Get dropped off back at your Las Vegas hotel in the evening — in time for a late dinner and fun on the Strip.

Can I bring a wheelchair or scooter on the tour?
Unfortunately, there isn’t room on our small group tour vans to bring a wheelchair or scooter.

Your Tour Guide will work hard to ensure that all guests in attendance enjoy a uniquely memorable experience while traveling with MaxTour, and will serve as your photographer and chauffeur in addition to your source for knowledge about the sites your tour visits. Is a late departure Grand Canyon tour a good option from Las Vegas?
Yes, late departure tours are designed for travelers who prefer not to start early in the morning. They still allow time at the Grand Canyon but operate later into the evening. This option trades early wake-up time for a later return.
Do you still have enough time at the Grand Canyon on a late departure tour?
Yes, most late departure tours include approximately 2–2.5 hours at the canyon. This allows time to visit multiple viewpoints. The schedule is adjusted to maintain similar visit duration despite the later start.
