NO STAR GAZING No Star GazingWeather near the end of the tour was overcast with light rain showers. Disappointing but still a beautiful tour. Would not recommend going back. Go to Zion and Bryce Canyon in Utah instead if you have limited time.
Best excursion ever!! My wife and I took this MaxTour with Thomas as a birthday gift. As breathtaking as the Grand Canyon was, the tour was made spectacular by Thomas our driver! When we first arrived downstairs at our hotel, we saw another Grand Canyon tour bus and thought it was ours. It was one of those larger coach buses with over 50 people. In retrospect, I am super glad we picked MaxTour and the more intimate smaller group size. Over the course of our trip, we were able to get to know almost everyone on the small van with us. Our driver Thomas made it even more spectacular. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the sites and history, I think he was a lowkey photographer! Ladies, he will get ALL of your angles! He took the most amazing shots of my wife and I. At every stop, he would personally take photos for all of the couples/groups/individuals on our van. He had pre-planned spots for us to stand to get the perfect lighting that also takes into account the destination we were at. When you are taking a trip like visiting the Grand Canyon, you want a kind and knowledgeable person to make that experience as memorable as possible. Thomas did that! He was patient and kept our itinerary on time. At any point, if someone on our trip had a question, he had an answer, a good one! I don’t know about any of the other drivers for MaxTour but if you can land Thomas, you’re in great hands!! 
Highlight of Our Vegas Trip – Max Tours! I can't recommend this tour enough! We took the 2-day Max Tours adventure, visiting iconic spots like the Grand Canyon the Antelope Canyon. The experience was absolutely incredible, Thank you to our amazing tour guide, Ken!Ken truly made this a perfect trip. From the start, we could tell how much he loves being a guide – his passion for the National Parks was contagious. Ken is so knowledgeable; we learned so much, not just about the sites, but about history, Las Vegas, and so much more. We even walked away with some book recommendations!

The tour was in a small group, making it feel more intimate and personal. It really allowed us to connect with the guide. Antelope Canyon was the highlight of the trip for me! You can’t explain the immensity of the Grand Canyon until you see it. The extra bonus stops Ken included throughout the trip were such fun surprises, making the tour feel even more special.

Amazing day at the Hoover Dam Our guide Luis was top notch. He was knowledgeable, clear in communication of expectations and timeline, attentive, and on time. The tour was informative, the Hoover Dam was amazing and Luis took pictures of us so we will remember this trip. It was really windy and cold at the Memorial Bridge but we got a great view and pictures of the dam. We got a bonus of seeing Longhorn Sheep too! Snacks and water were great too! We would highly recommend this tour with Luis.
